We thank God who blessed our Easter conference from Friday 21 to Sunday 23 of March. The title of our conference was "Padre, perdónalos" (Father, forgive them). Before the conference we were worried because several sheep hadn't come to their Bible studies. Some sheep were on holiday. Others were spiritually weak. We were praying for 15 attendants to the conference but three days before only kelly had confirmed to participate in the conference. Finally one day before some sheep decided to participate and also on Friday two more sheep came to the conference. The participants were: Anibal, Gina, Marcos, Kelly, Mandy, Miriam, Hugo, Rubi, Jeremi, Elvis, Miriam's mother-in-law, Miriam's daughter, little Esteban, Eugenia and Efrain.
By God횂징횂짱s mercy and grace, 15 participants came to the conference just as we had prayed. Praise God. The conference was in a place named "Los segadores" (The harvesters). The first day the sheep introduced themselves and said that they decided to participate in the conference because they wanted to listen to God's word. The first message on Friday evening was "Zacchaeus, come down immediately" (Zaqueo Desciende) based on Luke 19:1-10. This message was delivered by Efrain and he shared his life testimony. The second message on Saturday morning was 횂징횂째횂징횂짱I am willing횂징횂짱, he said, 횂징횂짰be clean횂징횂짱횂징횂짹 (Quiero ser limpio) based on Mark 1:40-45, delivered by Gina and she shared her life testimony. The third message on Saturday was "Father, forgive them" (Padre perdónalos) based on Luke 23:26-56 delivered by Efrain and after this message Anibal shared his life testimony. The fourth message on Saturday evening was "Love the Lord Your God" (El gran mandamiento) based on Deuteronomy 6:1-9 delivered by Marcos and he shared his life testimony. The fifth mesage on Sunday was "Do you love me?" (횂짖횂짱Me amas?) based on John 21:1-17 delivered by Anibal.
Gina was a messenger in our last conference and participated in the Christmas worship service too. She repented of her sins and wrote a sincere life testimony in this conference. We met Marcos through his girlfriend four years ago. His girlfriend did not continue Bible study but Marcos has regularly studied the Bible with us. Anibal is keeping his faith by participating in Sunday worship services. He renewed his spiritual vision and repented of his sin in this conference. He decided to live according to God's will. This was the second conference for Kelly, Miriam, Mandy, and Hugo, too. Also Miriam, Mandy and the other sheep wrote sincere testimonies. We thank God who is faithfully working in sheep's lives. We thank God for Jesus who prayed 횂징횂째Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing." We pray to continue Bible study with these sheep and we pray they may come to Sunday worship service to grow as spiritual leaders for Peru. Thank you always for remembering us in yours prayers.
