Uruguay UBF had two disciples횂징횂짱 conferences last week. On March 15-16, we had the first Easter conference at a Christian retreat center near Montevideo. The first lecture, 횂징횂째New Covenant횂징횂짹 from Luke 22, was delivered by M. Jose Park on Saturday. Afterward, we celebrated communion. We could meditate on the meaning of Jesus횂징횂짱 cross and drinking Jesus횂징횂짱 blood and eating his body. The second lecture, 횂징횂째Do you love me more than these?횂징횂짹 from John 21, was delivered by Sh. Graciela Park on Sunday. We also sang Hallelujah chorus.
Including Sisters Shirley, Beatriz and Brother Adrian, a total of 10 people attended the conference. Then on March 19-21, we visited Sister Beatriz who lives in a city by the sea and studied the Bible. Sister Beatriz received Christ who died for her sins on the cross and rose from the dead and she was baptized in the river. It was a historical event. She also received a new name, Maria, as a woman of resurrection faith. On March 21st, we had a testimony sharing meeting at the center on 횂징횂째Feed My Sheep횂징횂짹 and Sister Nieves and Brother Adrian attended.
