Yellow fever immunization is compulsory. Yellow fever immunization card should be carried.

5. Clothing
Uganda weather is Summer weater. Daytime is sunshine is very strong. Sunglass is necessary. Early morning and evening is cool that long sleeve clothing is required.
6. Travel information to Uganda
For foreign delegates the best arrival date at Entebbe airport is 2nd, August, 2012. It is because the conference program will start at 9 AM, 3rd, August.
Conference site is 30 Km far from Entebbe airport. It will take 40-50 minutes by car according to traffic conditions. Foreign delegates shall be picked up from Entebbe airport if your arrival date and time is provided.
Departure date may be 6th, August for those who do not join the post conference program and 8th, August for those who participate in the post conference Safari. Those who join Source of River Nile tour may depart on 7th, August.
Safari travel departs on 6AM, 6th, August and ends 8-9 PM, 7th, August. Murchinson Falls National Park is about 400 Km away from Kampala that it will take 6-7 hours’ drive.
The other option of post conference program is exploring source of River Nile in Jinja. Jinja is the 2nd biggest city in Uganda which is 90 Km away from Kampala. It will take 3 hours’ drive with beautiful scenery of sugar cane farm and tea garden. It will take place from 9 AM to 7PM, 6th, August. Fee is 100 USD per person including exploring of boat ride to Source of River Nile, lunch at beautiful Victoria lakeside hotel, transport.
7. Important notice : Maximum capacity of the conference center accommodation is 120.
This number is included African leaders and missionaries from Northern, Eastern region and foreign delegates from outside Africa. Conference registration for foreign delegates may be closed at the end of June due to the limited capacity of conference site.
